The types of fruits and vegetables displayed in supermarkets can be divided into 13 types.
(1) circular product type. It is often used in round fruit displays such as grapefruit and apples, but it can also be used for vegetables such as koryo and lettuce.
Display method: first determine the front part of the bottom layer, then arrange the edge surface, then arrange the first part of the center layer. The second floor should be at the center of the first floor. Next comes the third and fourth floors.
(2) circular arrangement. When vegetables and fruits are stacked side by side or in a round shape, they can be used to support goods adjacent to each other by means of spacers, etc., to fold the loose circle into a form that is not easy to loose. Pineapples, lettuce, koryo, etc. are often displayed in this way, but it is important to remember that the leaves of pineapples should face inward, and the leaves of koryo and the core of lettuce should face downwards.

(3) stem line type
When the vegetables are arranged in a certain direction, a straight line will be formed at the edge. This display is called "stem row type".
How it is displayed: once the roots or leaves of the fruit and vegetable are aligned, they can be stacked in a neat and compact way. In figure 6-2, you should pay attention to overlapping products when displaying circular product stacks. If the sides are neatly arranged, the goods can be kept at a certain length.
(4) cross type (mutually compatible type)
Used to display fruits and vegetables of long length but different thickness, such as pear celery or spring onion.
Display method: one layer of root (the thicker part) and one layer of leaf (the smaller part) are stacked alternately. If two columns in each layer are arranged in the same direction, the displayed effect will be perfect.
