The Brothers Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), established in August 2001, is a professional manufacturer of commercial display props integrating design, research & development, production and services. After sixteen years of accumulation and development, the Company has become a leader in the industry. Started with RMB 2,500 at the beginning of its establishment, it has had 9 relocations successively and already developed into a modern corporation covering a total area of 70,000 square meters from a workshop of 25 square meters with employees from 1 to more than 300 and annual output from more than 100,000 Yuan to over a hundred million Yuan. In the past 16 years, it has provided more than 300 supermarkets and convenience stores over the country with innovative technology and product solutions and has become a leading provider of super-display solutions.
Up to now, the Company has been rewarded with the ISO International Quality System Certification, China AAA Grade Credit Enterprise, Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relations, Enterprise Advanced in Safe Production and other honors. In addition, it was elected to be the council member of the China Chain-Store & Franchise Association (CCFA) in 2009 and appointed as an equipment member by the Equipment Committee of CCFA in 2010.
(I) Corporate Structure
The Brothers Corporation adapts centralized administration at the headquarters and independent operation of various factories. Now, there are three product companies engaged in production and manufacturing: Shandong Brothers Commercial Facilities Co., Ltd., Shandong Jiamei Exhibition Facilities Co., Ltd. and Shandong Youshijia Commercial Exhibition Co., Ltd., as well as three controlled brand companies including Angkailan (Shanghai) Culture Communication Co., Ltd., Shandong Dianle Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. and Shandong Zhangqiu Anda Storage Equipment Co., Ltd.
(II) Brand Introduction
The Qilu Brothers, focusing on the supermarket segment marketing, is committed to including the fresh products in the traditional supermarket into the fresh area, where there are fresh sundries, cooked food and tobacco, promotions and other categories.
Youshijia, specializing in counter monopoly, brand chain design and production, pursues for high-quality and standardized product structure. It mainly supplies display facilities to food and non-food chain franchise stores covering fruits, snack food, drugs, health products, home accessories, clothing, shoes, hats, maternal and child products, stationary and sporting goods.
Jiamei, targeted at supermarkets, large-scale department stores and chain convenience stores, mainly engages in the production of all kinds of iron and wood shelves appropriate to display imported food, clothing, boutique goods, home appliances, daily miscellaneous, washing, stationary and sporting goods.
Angkailan (Shanghai) Culture Communication Co., Ltd., funded and controlled by the Company in 2016 together with a famous Italian architect, Mr. Paul Maldotti, focuses on the design of retail markets and props. Shortly after the establishment, it has established good business relationship with few domestic first-tier companies such as Alibaba, Intime, Meituan and Suning.
(III) Product Introduction
Through many years of integration and development, the Brothers, focusing on the retail industry, has initially created procedures to produce and develop seven properties of structures, including solid wood, panel, cladding, steel-wood, synthetic wood, steel plastic and functional equipment, forming a professional and dedicated production and operation mode. With the strict quality management, the Company can ensure high-quality products and always strives for excellence. Based on the adherence to good quality, it manufactures and provides a variety of great products widely used for hypermarkets, department stores, pastries, fresh food chains, convenience stores, household halls, bookstores and other retail areas.
(IV) Cooperative Customers
With high-quality products, innovative design concepts in line with international standards, unique display optimization and other services, the Brothers Corporation has established long-term partnership with Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Hunan Better Lofe, Lotte Mart, Yonghui, Beijing Wumart, Renrenle, Shandong Yinzuo, RT, Hemaxiansheng, Vanguard, China Baijia, Wuhan Zhongbai and many other domestic large-scale stores. It aims at providing excellent products and perfect services for every customer and has won a good reputation among customers.
(V) Future Planning
By virtue of continuous development and reform, the Company always adheres to the business philosophy of “serving for retailing and keeping innovating” and will go to the world in the future based on the complete integration of domestic market resources. According to the plan, it is expected to set up a branch in Indonesia in 2020 and establish trading companies in economically developed regions such as the United States, France and Japan in order to cooperate with foreign companies in the industry and form a larger platform in order to sell its display facilities and accessories manufactured in China and Indonesia to relatively developed regions. At the same time, according to the general development idea of importing high-quality equipment resources and exporting existing products through the trading company, it will be developed into a large comprehensive commercial service company rooted on production, manufacturing, design and sales of display facilities.
